THE PROGRAM

We use a variety of strength and conditioning methods in our Group training Program

Each session is primarily "total body"

Class size typically ranges from 4-12 people

Modifications to any exercise can be made

All fitness levels are accomadated for

 

EXERCISES OF FOCUS

the Squat

the Deadlift

DumBbell and BarBell presses and rows

bodyweight and abdominal exercises

A wide range of accessory exercises through the use of dumbbells, bands, sleds and more

A wide range of conditioning exercises such as: jumping rope, running, sprinting, box drills, etc.
