What are the group classes like?

Class size typically ranges from 4-12 people

All fitness levels are welcome and ACCOMMODATED for

Modifications to any exercise is made upon request

Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace

Anyone new to join receives extra attention from Drew during their first few visits

Each session is primarily total body, but involves a “focus Lift” which is as follows…

Monday: Bench Press

Tuesday 4:45pm: Bench Press

Tuesday 5:45pm: No Designated Focus Lift. This is the most randomized class on the schedule.

Wednesday: Deadlift

Thursday 4:45pm: Deadlift

Thursday 5:45pm: Complexes

Saturday: Squat
